Hello. I’m Imogen Caterer.
As a child I was badly affected by insomnia, and this got worse when I was aged 25 and was diagnosed with severe mental illness (namely manic depression). However, I dramatically got well using nutrition and that started a fascination with how nutrition could affect the body and mind.
I trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. and helped it’s founder Patrick Holford research his acclaimed book “Optimum Nutrition for the Mind”.
In practice I discovered lots of my clients were affected by insomnia and it was having a dire effect on their mental health. It was usually the first thing that needed to be healed.
Often stress and anxiety underlied the insomnia too. I believed my clients needed more than just nutrition so that became one of the reasons to explore personal development and coahcing and learn how to help people improves their lives and their health.
